
Hello BeYOUtiful Muses! My curls weren’t as defined as they usually are, so I decided to bring out an old hair mask that I knew would do the trick. An Aztec Clay hair mask. In addition to the Aztec Clay (also known as bentonite clay), I decided that I was going to add two more ingredients: vitamin E oil and black castor oil. Below are the benefits of all the ingredients I used in the hair mask:

Aztec Indian Healing Clay/ Bentonite Clay benefits:
- Eliminates dandruff.
- Adds shine to hair.

- Detoxifies and cleanses the hair.
Vitamin E Oil benefits:

- Encourages circulation to the scalp.
- Repairs split ends.
- Adds shine to hair.
Jamaican Black Castor oil benefits:
- Minimizes hair breakage.
- Seals in moisture.
- Promotes hair growth.
- Repairs dry damaged hair.
Apple Cider Vinegar benefits:
- Balances the pH in hair.
- Increases moisture retention.
- Reduces dandruff.
- Adds shine to hair.

What You’ll Need for the Aztec Clay Hair Mask :
- Aztec Indian Healing Clay/ Bentonite Clay
- Jamaican Black Castor Oil
- Vitamin E Oil
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- A plastic spoon and bowl
RESULTS:
As a result of using these ingredients, the results of using the mask this time…BLEW MY MIND! First of all, as soon as I started to rinse the clay out my hair, my hair felt so soft and my curls instantly began to clump together. Shocked is an understatement! My hair was so moisturized and the shine of my hair was out of this world. I will definitely be incorporating this in my hair routine at least once a month!
