My Spring Everyday Makeup Look:
Eyebrows
First up is eyebrows. If you know me, you know I LOVE doing my eyebrows. A LOT! I actually think I spend most of my time on my brows when I’m doing my makeup routines. With that being said, I don’t want to spend a lot of time during an everyday makeup look. Why? Because I’m a mom of a busy toddler and I’ll be having my baby soon, so I’ll have little time for makeup.
For this quick everyday makeup look, I lighted fill in my brows with my eyebrow pencil and then I set my eyebrow hairs. My eyebrow pencil of choice is the Precisely My Brow Pencil by Benefit Cosmetics. I then like to set my brows with the 24-hour brow setter by Benefit Cosmetics. These two together are the perfect combo!
Concealer
I use concealer in two ways in this natural makeup look. The first way is to spot correct. Since I’m not using foundation in the makeup routine spot correcting is a must. This is where I cover any spots that I don’t want to be seen, so I’ll use a concealer that matches my skin tone.
The second way I use concealer is under my eyes. I don’t know about you, but this mama definitely has dark circles. I like to use concealer to brighten my eyes and make me look more awake!
My concealers of choice are Kosas and Nars Soft Matte Concealer for spot correcting and under my eyes. My favorite concealers for brightening under my eyes are: Rare Beauty’s under eye brightener and Elf Camo Hydrating concealer.
Bronzer
Bronzers are my new favorite. I use these instead of contouring when I want a natural makeup look. Bronzers bring color back to the face. They are mostly warm-toned. I absolutely love Saie Sun Melt Cream Bronzer right now. For powder bronzers, I love Mented Cosmetics!
Blush
Honestly, I’m just getting into blushes. I love how blushes can just bring a pop of color to the face and brighten it up! So far my favorite blushes are Danessa Myricks Flushed and Beauty Bakerie Snackaroons.
Highlighter
Remember this is a makeup look that’s perfect for spring, so in the springtime, I like to glow. What’s the perfect way to make your makeup glow? Add a highlighter to your makeup routine! I like to keep it simple and add it to my cheekbones, but some people add it to their noses, eyebrow bones, and cupids bow!
My favorite highlighters right now are from Rare Beauty, Haus Labs, and Ami Cole.
Mascara
Sometimes I don’t have time to put on lashes, and that’s okay. I’m getting more comfortable wearing my natural lashes, so mascara is a must if I’m not wearing lashes. Right now my favorite mascaras are YSL mascara and Lancôme’s Lash Idôle Lash-Lifting & Volumizing Mascara.
Lipgloss
When I do my everyday makeup routines, I like to keep my lips natural. So 90% of the time I line my lips with a dark chocolate liner and then apply a lip gloss or lip oil. My all-time favorite dark chocolate liner is MAC Cosmetics lip liner in the shade chestnut. For my lipgloss, I’ve been loving Ami Cole’s Lip Treatment in the shade “bliss.”
If you decide to give this everyday makeup look a try this spring, please let me know! I’d love to see it!! Also, if you looking for a lip combo to try check out this one right here!
